This course presents the Operational Safety Surveillance Plan (PVSO) of Aerodynamics Málaga S.L. for flight training operations at Granada-Jaén Airport (LEGR), valid from September 1, 2024 to August 30, 2029.

The course is designed for all Aerodynamics Málaga personnel who need access to the airport's operational safety zones, including flight instructors, ground staff, students, and maintenance technicians. Throughout the program, essential procedures are covered to ensure apron safety, from pedestrian access routes to specific protocols for each work area.

Participants will learn about the necessary accreditation requirements, apron safety regulations, and specific risks associated with airport operations such as FOD generation, jet blast, or circulation in aircraft movement areas. Procedures for adverse weather conditions and guidelines for action in case of emergencies or incidents are also included.

The material includes detailed airport plans that facilitate understanding of work zones and authorized routes, as well as essential contact information for managing critical situations.

This course provides specialized training in mountain flying operations, focusing on the unique challenges and risks associated with high-altitude and mountainous environments. Participants will learn about terrain assessment, weather patterns in mountainous areas, wind effects, density altitude, route planning, and emergency procedures specific to mountain operations.

The training combines theoretical knowledge with operational best practices to enhance pilot decision-making, situational awareness, and risk management. Upon completion, pilots will be better prepared to operate safely and confidently in mountainous terrain.

This course provides a comprehensive overview of Human Factors and their integration within the Safety Management System (SMS) framework. Participants will explore how human performance, communication, decision-making, fatigue, and organizational culture impact aviation safety.

The training emphasizes the importance of identifying human limitations, promoting effective teamwork, and strengthening safety reporting practices. By understanding the relationship between Human Factors and SMS, participants contribute to a proactive safety culture and continuous operational improvement.

This refresher course provides an updated overview of Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) within the framework of the Safety Management System (SMS). Participants will review reporting requirements, regulatory obligations, and best practices for identifying, documenting, and submitting safety-related occurrences in aviation operations.

The course reinforces a proactive safety culture, ensuring personnel understand their responsibilities and contribute effectively to continuous safety improvement and regulatory compliance.
